About · Cho-chen Folwick

A broker who thinks ahead and follows through.

Cho-chen Folwick is a Mandarin-bilingual real estate broker with MORE Realty in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Fourteen years and over 200 homes sold, she is known by clients for one thing above all: she plans ahead, keeps everyone informed, and stays in the game until the keys change hands.

The origin story

Cho-chen's start in real estate is honestly simple: she was originally looking for a side hustle, a way to make a little extra money to support her kids' learning and their growing careers as musicians. What she found instead was a career she genuinely loves.

"The longer I am in the business, the more I like it," she says, "especially working with newcomers to explore different areas and different life phases. It has been deeply satisfying work, especially thinking about those happy faces at the end."

That is why she works the way she does: she lays out what to expect before a client commits to anything, then communicates constantly through offers, inspections, and closing. When clients give her feedback and questions promptly, she can steer every decision toward the goal, whether that is selling a home or becoming a homeowner.

"Helping clients, one happy family at a time."

When people call

The best time to call is before you have it all figured out.

  • Life stage 01

    A job move

Relocation because of employment, often with just weeks to find the right home.

  • Life stage 02

    A wedding

Two households becoming one, and a fresh start in a place that fits both of you.

  • Life stage 03

    A new family member

A baby changes everything, starting with square footage and school districts.

  • Life stage 04

    An empty nest

Time to right-size, simplify, or move closer to the life you are actually living.

  • Life stage 05

    A market moment

Multiple offers, inspection results, or pricing that does not match the trend. Bring it to her.

  • Life stage 06

    A simple question

"Do I even need a realtor?" is a great one, and it deserves a straight answer.

Her promise

I lay out what to expect, and I never stop communicating.

The clients who benefit most are the ones who stay current with her: timely feedback and questions let her adjust course fast. Knowing where you are, and what challenge you are having, is genuinely the most helpful thing you can bring to the working relationship.

It works in both directions. You always know where your deal stands, what happens next, and when. That is the follow-through her clients talk about, and it is exactly what she will do for you.
